Kybella destroys fat cells permanently. That is a genuine advantage, and it is also why the wrong candidate pays for a treatment that was never going to work.
Under-chin fullness has more than one cause. It can be fat, which Kybella treats. It can be lax skin, which Kybella does not. It can be a low-set hyoid or a recessed chin, in which case the answer might be filler or nothing at all.
